This 12-week group coaching program meets online once a week, to empower participants to transform their lives. Students will start the course by setting SMART goals and learn the fundamentals of eating nourishing food. Each week will cover different topics including:
- Understanding the Food Groups
- Healthy upgrades
- Kitchen Detox
- Mindfulness, Moderation and Portion Size
- Gut Health and Digestion
- Sleep, Stress and Self Care
- Eating on the Go
- Feeding a Family
Each topic will have a brief presentation followed by activities to reinforce understanding of principles and make a plan for you to actuate the necessary changes in your life.
Participants will receive additional individual support through email and weekly scheduled phone calls.
