Hi, I’m Molly. I have been on a lifelong wellness journey after discovering I had food allergies as a young teen. When I found out I was pregnant, I wanted to deepen my understanding of nutrition to prepare for my parenting adventure.  After giving birth to my daughter 4 years ago I immersed myself into the fitness world to repair what felt like a demolished body.

I have always lived an active life but after childbirth staying active was a challenge. The isolation and exhaustion I felt from being a new mom was overwhelming, even putting on pants could bring me to tears. When I looked in the mirror, I didn’t recognize myself. I wanted to be active but couldn’t find the time or a program that met my emotional and physical needs. I needed restorative stretching along with exercises that didn’t feel draining.

I created this program for new moms to address the specific needs of postpartum women. I provide a nourishing meal plan for the whole family and workouts to engage your core that focus on proper alignment to help you win at being a mom. I designed each class to have both restorative and challenging elements so that you feel energized. 

 

Program Layout

  • 6 weeks of body transforming classes that combine Pilates technique, strength training, cardio and Yoga
  • Easy, nutritious and delicious weekly meal plan with recipes to keep your whole family nourished
  • 2, thirty minute personal coaching sessions, to set and achieve goals
  • Fun and community support from other moms

Classes are held Monday-Friday 10:30-11:30 from August 6-September 14.
